Bin collection problems

A number of residents are continuing to experience unacceptable delays to their bin collections.

I’ve reported individual roads that haven’t received collections over the last few weeks but it’s clear that the problem hasn’t abated.

Individual reports of missed bin collctions can be made to the Council using its own website or the Fix My Street service. The Council normally replies in two to three days.
